Our final retail prices are determined by the cost of materials and production labor, added to the costs of design and development, and profit margin to cover our overhead etc. The taxes are variable and depend on factors outside our control, but we are always clear and forthcoming with all pricing information. We are always upfront with pricing. No surprises.
How long does it take to prepare my special iñi order?
All iñi items are made to order. So, you know that your selections are exclusive and unique. When you place your order, we immediately begin production. This phase can take anywhere from a couple days, to a week, or more depending on the particulars. Shipping generally takes anywhere from one to four weeks. Because each order is case specific, details vary from customer to customer. We will keep you updated!
Are iñi items possible to personalize?
Yes! If you would like to add personal elements to your very special made-to-order iñi items, we can accommodate you. Personalization requests will be considered on a case by case basis. Most simple requests are easy to grant. Just ask! We’ll do our best! We even offer a custom color service, which allows you to choose any color of the spectrum for your item (example items shown below). You will simply use a color picker online to find your favorite color’s code.
