Refunds & Returns

At iñi, every piece is created individually after an order is placed.
Nothing is mass-produced, warehoused, or pulled from existing stock. Each garment is printed and produced specifically for you through our made-to-order process.

Because of this, we encourage customers to review sizing, color selections, personalization details, and shipping information carefully before completing a purchase.

Like tides, no two orders move through the studio in exactly the same way. 🌊

Made-to-Order Production

All iñi items are produced on demand after purchase. Production begins shortly after an order is placed, which means orders cannot always be modified or canceled once processing has started.

Please allow adequate production time in addition to shipping time, especially during launches, holidays, or seasonal periods.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Preference changes
  • Custom color selections
  • Minor variations in print placement, tone, or finish
  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or international transit systems

Each item is created individually, and slight variations are considered part of the character of the production process.

We strongly recommend consulting sizing guides carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, we will gladly work with you to make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: info@ini.art

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund
  • Store credit

Solutions are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all sizing information before purchase.

Because garments are produced specifically for each order, we cannot guarantee fit in the same way as traditional retail inventory systems. Different silhouettes, fabrics, and production runs may fit slightly differently.

If you are unsure about sizing, we encourage you to contact us before ordering.

Color & Print Variations

Please note that colors may appear differently depending on:

  • Screen calibration
  • Device settings
  • Lighting conditions
  • Fabric texture and material absorption

Printed garments may also contain slight variations in scale or placement due to the production process.

These are not considered defects.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.

iñi is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carrier disruptions.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Limited Nature of Production

iñi exists somewhere between studio practice and wearable object.

Our process intentionally avoids overproduction and unnecessary waste by creating pieces only when they are wanted. This slower, more intentional production model allows us to operate differently from conventional retail systems.

Thank you for supporting independent design and made-to-order production.
